What Ojas Does
- Runs the cloud rails: shop, checkout, booking pages, stock and equipment records, and the books, on one platform.
- Curates and documents: business models, standard operating procedures and franchise blueprints for the businesses it works with.
- Charges a plan, not a cut: an ordinary sale through your own checkout carries no percentage to Ojas. The one exception, a joint-venture fee inside a Network Venture, is in the Terms.
What Ojas Leaves to Others
- The shastras themselves: interpretation rests with the lineage holders. What Ojas drafts in-house, such as a rite's vidhi on Pūjāvāni, stays a draft until a practising purohit has read it.
- Capital: Ojas is not a venture capital fund.

Your data is yours, and walled off
Every business on Ojas is walled off from every other at the level of the data. Your data is yours, and we hand it over when you ask; the Terms set out what happens when you close an account.
Whole paise, balanced books
Money is held in whole paise. A journal posts only when its debits equal its credits, and a consigned share is worked out to the paisa and posted to it. The bank transfer is made outside Ojas.
A licensed professional submits
Ojas Legal keeps the record: a calendar of what your legal form owes and when, and services on a public shelf with fee bands. A licensed professional submits every filing; Ojas does not.
