An utsavam is an operation. We run the engine underneath it.
A three-night utsavam has a contribution list, a who-brings-what sheet, a guest count that changes daily, a procession, and someone at the door. A mela has stalls whose takings belong to other people. A launch has a product, a ticket and an add-on that should sit in one basket. Ojas Events runs all of it on the same backend as your shop — a contribution drive with an open running total, every attendee, RSVP and enquiry in a CRM you follow up, and a maker's share worked out to the rupee as their sale lands.

- One backend with your shop
Every event becomes pipeline
Attendees and buyers land in a CRM you actually follow up
One checkout with your store
Tickets, products and add-ons sell in a single basket
Grow without a tech team
The operating engine runs underneath; you run the occasion
Fair, private entry
Each guest gets a QR pass; their details stay yours
We run our own events on these exact rails. That tells you the rails work; it does not yet tell you they work for you. No outside organiser is on them, so you would be among the first.
Your shop, your events and your customer list, all in one place.
You get a public event page your customers can buy from in seconds — tickets, products and add-ons in one basket, paid by card or UPI, with a QR pass on the spot. It runs on the same backend as your store, so an event isn’t a separate tool to wire up. And every buyer, RSVP and enquiry lands in your CRM with a follow-up — so the room becomes a pipeline you work, not a memory that fades by Friday.
Your event, on the same checkout as your store
A fast, mobile-friendly page where customers buy tickets, products and add-ons together, apply a discount code, pay by card or UPI, and get a QR pass on the spot.
Every attendee becomes a customer you keep
Each buyer, RSVP and enquiry files into your CRM with an owner and a follow-up — so the event builds an audience you can bring back, not a one-day spike that scatters into an inbox.
What you can count onOjas Events
Ojas gives you the software and a desk to lean on — we are never the caterer, the venue, or the decorator. You run the occasion; we run the engine underneath it.
What Ojas Events actually handles
Ordered by how deeply built each one actually is, not by how commercial it sounds. The temple-and-festival families at the top are where the rails go deepest — contribution ledgers, multi-night functions, guest-count kits — because that is what got built first and got built most.
Utsavams, pandals & temple occasions
The deepest-built ground we have: contribution drives with a public running total against the goal, multi-night functions, festival templates, RSVP and QR doors.
Annadanam, processions & pilgrimage groups
Who gave what, on an open ledger; who brings what, on a shared sheet; and a guest-count scaler for the kit you actually need.
Community, society & collective occasions
Named organisers with their own roles, a contribution page members can open themselves, and RSVP and QR entry — for an RWA day, a ward function or a collective's programme.
Melas, pop-up markets & exhibition-sales
Stalls sell on one storefront; each maker's share is worked out to the rupee the moment their sale is paid. A venue's cut isn't split for you.
Product launches & drops
The launch product, ticket and add-ons in one basket — the buyer becomes a customer you keep.
Trade shows, expos & buyer-seller meets
Booth revenue plus a floor of enquiries captured into a CRM pipeline, not a dead stack of cards.
Conferences, seminars & workshops
Sessions, tracks and the running order are built — a room holds one session at a time, so a clash is refused naming what it collides with. Printing badges at the door is not.
Dealer meets & franchise discovery days
Recruit franchisees and dealers into a qualified pipeline, with every enquiry owned and followed up — not a dead stack of cards.
Weddings & life ceremonies
Haldi, sangeet, reception — each a function with its own guest list and its own sheet, because a three-day wedding is three days of arrangements.
Honest limitReserved seating is the one an organiser asks about early: the storefront answers general admission only, and there is no seat map to draw. Ojas runs the operation, never the occasion — we are not the caterer, the venue or the decorator, and we would rather you find that out here than three weeks in.
What you get, and it is all reachable today
Collect, sell, capture, follow up and run the day — from one place, on the same backend as your shop, with no technical setup.
Contributions, on an open running total
Run a drive from a public page with a live total against the goal, the number of givers, and a reference issued for every contribution. The committee’s own screen keeps the line-by-line ledger behind it, so “what have we collected?” stops being a WhatsApp thread.
Multi-night functions, each with its own list
A three-night utsavam is three nights of arrangements, not one. Each function keeps its own guest list, its own responses and its own sheet — and a festival template starts you from last year rather than from nothing.
Sell tickets, products & add-ons
One checkout for passes, products and add-ons — discount codes, ticket types, card or UPI — on the same money path as your store.
Every attendee → your CRM
Each buyer, RSVP and enquiry becomes a contact on a pipeline with an owner and a follow-up — so the room becomes revenue, not a spreadsheet nobody works.
QR guest check-in
Fast, private entry. Every guest gets a QR pass; scan it at the gate to check them in instantly, and their details stay confidential.
Maker stalls & partner stock
When a maker’s or partner’s own stock sells through your checkout, what you owe them is worked out to the exact rupee as the payment lands — sale by sale, so there’s no pool account and no month-end maths. Splitting ticket takings between co-hosts isn’t built.
Checklists, sheets & guest-count kits
Shareable to-do lists, a who-brings-what sheet, seasonal reminders, and a public kit page where someone types the headcount and every quantity rescales — so nothing slips on the day and nobody buys three hundred of the wrong thing.
The running order, with clashes refused
Build the agenda session by session with its window, its track and its room. A room can only hold one session at a time, so a double-booked slot is rejected and told what it collides with — and the same check catches a speaker booked into two places at once.
Vendors, quotes and what you agreed
Every supplier sourced for the occasion on one desk: who quoted what, what was agreed, and where each one sits in the funnel — so the caterer’s number is not in somebody’s phone and the quote is not in somebody’s inbox.
One dashboard
See your sales, guest list, pipeline and readiness in a single view — no jumping between apps to know how your event is doing.
Dispatching a job to a vendor automatically, and seat maps for reserved seating, are on the way.
Built for whoever is actually running it
A committee secretary, a temple trust, a market organiser or a founder — with your venue and stall partners and your guests looked after too.
Sell to your customers in one basket
Sell tickets, products and add-ons together through the same checkout as your store — card or UPI, no complicated setup.
Every attendee becomes a customer you keep
Each buyer, RSVP and enquiry lands in a CRM with a follow-up, so the room becomes a pipeline you work — not a stack of cards that goes cold.
Recruit partners and dealers
Recruit franchisees and dealers straight into a pipeline, with every enquiry owned and followed up. Run the event with a venue or a maker alongside you — and when their own stock sells through your checkout, their share is worked out at the sale.
Run the whole occasion from one place
Follow your sales and pipeline, check guests in by QR, share tasks with your team, and work a checklist so nothing gets missed on the big day.
Venue & supply partners: when your own stock sells through the organiser’s checkout, your share is worked out at the sale and written down against it. Ticket takings are the organiser’s to settle with you.
Guests: buy a ticket, get a QR pass, and walk straight in — their personal details stay private.
Sell a maker's stock, and their share is worked out for you.
When a maker's, a stallholder's or a partner's own product sells through your checkout, what you owe them is worked out the moment the payment is taken — to the exact rupee, sale by sale, recorded against that sale rather than reconstructed at month end. Splitting ticket takings between co-hosts is a different thing and it isn't built: that money lands in your account and you settle the shares yourselves. Selling only your own stock? You keep it all.
Your guest list is yours alone
The people who buy tickets to your event are your customers — not ours, and not any other organiser's.
Your guests, kept private
Guest lists and customer details are walled off to your account — tenant-isolated, so no other organiser can see or export them.
Only your team sees your guests: your sign-up list stays inside your account. No other organiser can ever see or export it.
Passes that can’t be copied: each QR pass is unique and only works when your team scans it at the door.
DPDP-aligned and isolated: contact details and check-in data are captured with consent, tenant-isolated (an out-of-tenant request gets a 404, never a peek), and encrypted in transit — in line with India’s data-protection rules.
The businesses we run, and the one thing they all sell through
Selling sits at the centre — the shop, the orders, the payments and the books. Every business we run sells through that same middle, which is why one sign-in carries your account, your team and your data across all of them.

What every one of them sells through
Your shop, your orders and getting paid — a catalogue customers can browse, stock that can’t be sold twice, UPI at checkout, and books kept straight to the last rupee. It is what every business we run sells through, ours included.
