What do I actually pay for?
Two simple things. First, a small monthly plan fee for the engine that runs your brand — your storefront, payments, and books, all in one place. Second, a small share only when a payment actually reaches you. You never pay us a cut on money you haven't been paid.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is free — get your brand live, sell through one checkout, and keep every customer in the CRM at no monthly cost. You only step up to a paid plan when you want the fuller commerce, marketing and higher limits. Every plan's price is shown above before you pay.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no long contract and no lock-in — cancel whenever you like, right from your billing settings, and you won't be charged for the next period.
What about refunds?
You're billed for the period you choose, and cancelling stops any future charges. If you think a charge has gone wrong, contact us and we'll look into it with you.
Do I need an account to subscribe?
Yes. You'll sign in, or create a free account first, then pick your plan and finish checkout. If you're not signed in yet, we'll bring you straight back here after you register.
