What to plan around

  • No partner console: a person reads your enquiry and sets the place up by hand
  • Your share, deposits and GST invoices sit outside the platform: none is split, held or issued here
  • One night per booking, and check-in in person; a guest without an account cancels only while unpaid

Held before payment, and a night sold once

The unit is held when the order is placed, before any money moves, and an unpaid hold lapses after about two hours. A database constraint lets one night of one unit be claimed exactly once.

Payment lands against the booking

Guests pay through Razorpay by UPI, card or netbanking, and each payment lands on the booking it belongs to.
